5 Stars TheONbutton advised me on a strategy for transforming our household technology set up which included a new laptop, iPhone, printer, router and Internet TV, and then installed all of these items successfully for us. Neil met me at my home first to discuss a plan, and once we established a plan of action he met me at a store and advised me through the entire process. Neil then came back to our house and set everything up.

Neil arrived right on time and began work immediately with a review of my wife's concerns with her computer and connectivity. In addition, she related problems she was having with access and use of several software applications she needed quickly. He cleaned up the interfaces on her applications and optimized her approach to using them. In addition, he solved our connection problems with our existing modem and wireless router. He then tutored her in regard to using the applications and simplified everything for her. We will definitely use the TheONbutton again should problems arise.

Neil Berman, the "Founder and Helper-in-Chief" at TheONbutton, has visited my home twice in the last week to transfer the files from an older computer to a new one, to explain the new features on my new computer, and to install a new router.
